I am MACTE certified Montessori teacher through Montessori Teacher Preparation of WA. I have been working in early childhood education since 2016.

I am a passionate Montessori teacher dedicated to fostering a love of learning in every child I have the privilege of guiding. With a deep belief in the Montessori philosophy, I strive to create a nurturing, hands-on environment where children are encouraged to explore, question, and develop at their own pace. My goal is to help each child grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally, building independence, confidence, and a sense of responsibility. I’m committed to observing each child’s unique needs and interests, providing personalized support, and fostering a classroom that is as joyful and engaging as it is educational. I believe that every child is capable of incredible things, and I’m here to help them discover their full potential.

I was born and raised in Goa, India, and moved to Washington state in 2008 after my marriage.
Since 2015, I have lived in Kenmore with my family, including my 13-year-old son, who attended a Montessori school for three years.

I hold a master’s degree in Business Administration from India. My passion for early childhood education blossomed as I watched my son grow and develop. In 2020, I began my career in this field, and for over five years, I have truly enjoyed working with children. I have also completed a Short Certificate in Early Childhood Education from North Seattle College.

My interest in Montessori education began with my son's experience in a Montessori school. I was deeply impressed by how the environment nurtured his natural curiosity and independence. This initial interest was further strengthened during my five years of working in traditional childcare, and I am now honored to have joined Lotus Montessori as a Co-lead. I look forward to watching your child grow and supporting their development.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Hello, my name is Pranee McReynolds, and I am currently working as a Teacher Assistant at Lotus Montessori Childcare. I support children in their early learning and development by helping them build confidence, social skills, and a love for learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

As a mother of two, I bring both professional and personal experience. I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and care in creating a positive space where children feel loved, respected, and free to grow at their own pace.
